Ayurvedic teas contain no stimulating varieties of tea and are therefore caffeine-free. As their spicy ingredients, such as pepper, give the infusion a natural strength and sharpness, we recommend enjoying ayurvedic tea with warm milk or cold with fruit juice. These blends are especially recommended for children and the elderly. But try them for yourself and enjoy the ayurvedic blends as they are, sweetened, hot or cold!
Recommended preparation for Ayurveda tea: Cover 2 teaspoons of tea per cup with boiling water (100 °C) and leave to steep for 5 minutes.
